How many people know you on the site?

So I know this thread already exists so I made my own version of it (if that's ok if not feel free to delete it) So basically the person below you will say something and you cam like or love the post if you know the person and if not don't do anything
Example:
Person 1: hi! Post has 2 likes and 1 love so 3 people know the person
Person 2: hi! No one liked or loved the post so that person is not really known well.
