None at the moment (I will at Christmas!) but my favourites are Isabelle, Digby, Harriet, and Roscoe.
I have 100 (full set series 1) and 15 duplicates for a total of 115. All of the japanese DLC items, and all of the special spot pass/Nintendo zone characters only.

Ooooh, you're lucky. I really want the NPCs as you can't get them otherwise. If I don't get any of the ones I want with my game I guess there's always eBay
I have had to get 2 cards from Ebay because someone on here scammed me :\ But the prices on Ebay are fair (for most you can get them for about $1 each depending on the card)

I have all the series 1 and 2 special characters minus 6 (so that's 28) and then 3 other cards. I'm just collecting special characters.
My favorite card is Blanca because I like cats and that's the only special character cat I have.

I have all of series 1 (plus 3 NA duplicates and 10 JP duplicates), the 3 from Amiibo Festival, and the JP special Isabelle. Special Izzy has to be my favorite, I don't wanna talk about what I went through to acquire her lmao..... Other favs would be Sable, Pascal, Harriet, and guys I have in my towns: Roscoe, Kyle, Sterling, Amelia, and Poppy

Yeah.. It really sucks. I got an Amazon giftcard so maybe I'll order some online.
Yeah.. I mean 6-7 bucks for 3 card is not worth it, I'd just play casually or get amiibos for it.
