How long has it been since you played your GameCube version of AC?

I got on my original town today and it was forty months since I played.
For my sister, she hadn't gotten on for 94 months. That's nearly eight years!

The last time I turned my game on again one of my villagers just casually said, "Oh hey I haven't seen you in like 56 months haha how's it going??" I mean it's funny but also kinda sad cause it feels like they depend on me or something, I don't know. I feel hella bad and it's for virtual animals... lol.

I feel too ashamed to go to my town all my villager will just say things along the longs of "I thought you died when you left so suddenly!".
