i just accidentally tt'ed tammy out and shes one of my dreamies and i'm kinda upset @_@ ,,.. but then i remembered it's possible to get them back but i want verification on how so i can get started !! i already miss her a lot ):

what exactly does that mean? do you mean i have to get 16 villagers then move them in and out again and then she'll be able to move back into my town?

Yep, basically. 16 villagers have to move in and cycle out until Tammy can come back.
well that doesnt sound too hard!! thank you very much i feel a lot better haha.. i have a lot of patience and determination for this game so it probably wont take me too long to get her back

i tt'd two days at a time and diana said balhblah tammy is thinking of moving but she wasn't pinging me so i just figured i'd tt one day ahead and she was in boxes, then i messed it up more by just changing the time on the clock so i could have more time to work something out then she was gone. @_@ so i just messed up big time lmao... i shoulda just turned the game off and on after diana told me but ..! oh well

It doesn't work if you've already been on the game I don't think :3 It keeps them fresh for a day but then you're dead xD

ahhh tammy is my favorite villager in the whole game and i would be too upset to have her move away that i would reset my town maybe
anyway, just have 16 different villagers move out after her. you can then have her move in again from another town or camp site. i do hope you get her back! if you need help with cycling and time traveling safer i have a guide that helps

I did the 16 villager cycle to get Merengue back... well I succeeded last night but I will never go through this again. 
It was a such a PITA to cycle two villager slots.
On the upside, I can now also get Lolly, Mira and Cherry back.

well, just make sure whoever is the 16th villager that moves out isnt uchi!! because if an uchi villager moved out, then there will be no chance for you to get tammy for the house plot resets ,
its much more easier if you got her from another town. shes not very popular so i dont think it would be too hard to get her if you're on at the right time. you can do house plot resets, but it will take a long time if you get stuck with resetting for another personality type?? yeah so getting her from another town would be ur best bet
you could also reset a lot for her to appear in your campsite but most people give up. or it takes them hours. and you dont always get the campsite everytime you reset.
idk but yeah cycling and getting her from another town is your best bet. i would avoid resetting too much because some people have lost their towns due to constantly resetting all the time. ( i remember seeing like a couple threads of people losing everything soooo yeaah) dont know if its because of resetting but,,??? i mean its okay to reset once in a while but i try not to unless its needed
