how long do you spend playing acnl a day?

hey all!! i see so many people with successful dream towns and completed towns on here, and i was wondering, how long does everyone play the game each day? does it vary?

i'll upload a poll too, but feel free to explain your answer <3

For me personally, it honestly depends on how I am feeling. I don't have a completed town. (it's in a work in progress atm I'm getting there!)
If I wake up and actually want to buy/trade/sell things on here then I'll usually play all day since it's summer break for me and I want to complete my town before New Horizons. But if I really don't feel like doing any work then I usually just complete the daily things like finding fossils and trying to atleast get a PWP. Then I close out and enjoy the rest of my day~

Probably around once a month for a duration of no more than 25 minutes. Not sure how many hours that would be in a day

I play for about 1-2 hours every day. It takes me about 30-45 minutes to complete all of my daily chores (tracking down and talking to all of my villagers, completing their requests, visiting the shops, and normal town maintenance like digging up bamboo shoots and plucking stray flowers). After that, I usually spend another hour or so doing whatever I feel like that day. I've finished decorating my houses and landscaping, so now I usually just work on badges or go to the island or visit dream towns.

normally i play 1-2 hours, but sometimes i'll play most of the day if i have enough to do. other times, i'll hop back on at night to go to the island to bug hunt

Usually around 1 or 2 hours a day. There's still a lot of landscaping and such to do in my town, so the game still keeps me busy enough. It depends on the amount of free time I have or if I'm playing/trading items online. If I don't have much time I do the daily upkeep in about 30min or less.

Usually 3+ hours a day, but on days I have work or days I'm busy with other stuff, less. I'll play pretty much morning to evening on my days off, only taking breaks to eat.

At this point I would think less than 30 minutes for regular stuff, sometimes it is hours if I do not feel like doing anything else.

I turn my 3DS on in the mornings and just play a little bit here and there throughout the day. When I go to work, I usually bring it and play during my break times, on the bus, etc.

sometimes on weekends when I dont have any errands or assignments, I'll accidentally play it from the time I wake up til I sleep. It's rare though.

i rarely play it for a full day haha. i just run out of things to do.
i'll usually play it in small increments throughout the day and focus on little tasks to do.
i never have the energy to play it for more than an hour or two

So I have a tendency to play in bursts.
I won?t touch the game for months and then I?ll play every day for a month straight for 5+ hours a day... I get so much done in that amount of time I end up burning out and taking another 3-6 month break and the cycle begins again

Back when I was a very hard working student in college (sarcasm), when AC:NL came out I would probably play 6+ hours a day for about a year. Racked up 1400 hours. Nowadays I barely play! I guess I'm just waiting on New Horizons. ACNL is not as fun as it was in the glory days, when everyone was carrying their 3DS with them and I was getting all the streetpasses
