How good would you do in a real life Mario Kart race?

I would probably be scared to go on 99% of the tracks just because they're set in the middle of nowhere, in outer space. :/ Yep, I would scream when my wheels turn into those blue gravity things (whatever they're called). If it were Mario Kart Double Dash, I would probably force the other person to drive. xD

is anyone here actually old enough to drive

Yep. I'm currently learning and I know I'm not the only one who's old enough.

Depends on the region as well I guess since I do believe the age to start driving differs, though I don't think it's much of a difference and tends to stick around 17+.

Mario Kart also has bikes and the age to learn to ride motorcycles is like 16, at least in the UK (though I think you're only allowed to drive a low power scooter, so 50cc noob cups only!).

Plus, go karts and stuff (ala Mario Kart). You can drive those when you're like...I dunno. Do those even have an age limit? If they do, it's like 8+ or something depending on the type of cart. I would assume petrol carts are like 16+, though I drove an electric go-kart at a theme park when I was about 8.

I was talking about the dangers of places like rainbow road, not the driving xD

I'm pretty good at Rainbow Road... Especially on the Wii.
But I just really want to drive around in the Candyland track.
Like, alot.

Are Baby Rosalina, Mario, Luigi, Peach and Daisy old enough to drive?

The closest you can get to real life Mario kart is to go to an actual go kart track and take along some turtle shells and bananas to chunk at people.

Yup.
But there's no prison in mario kart so it won't be 100 percent accurate.

lol I have a feeling people wouldn't like you chucking stuff like that at them.

As long as no one tries to throw a bomb at me or get me struck by lightning, I'm pretty sure I'll be all good.

XD I can imagine you as Toad now driving along the lane and getting blown up or electrocuted.

Dang, Mario Kart irl is dangerous when you really think about it

Well, considering that you're picked up when you fall, I don't think I would be that nervous and therefore it would be really fun. I would probably suck, though.

I have phobia of heights. Other than that I'll be best racer, I'll go with cart though it works best for a coward like me

Considering I have extremely bad road rage, I feel like people would quickly become scared of me and my weapons and I'd just win all the time.

I'd also love to actually drive on some of those tracks irl if that were possible. Some of them are just gorgeous.

Just the idea of falling and NOT having a giant turtle on a cloud save you, into eternity, never ending. Idk this creeps me out!

Well I think if it were one of the courses that was in the Mushroom Cup I'd do pretty well .3. for some reason I'm a lot better at go-karts than actual driving... ^-^'
