I never did a perfect town in the other games, but this one has more unlockables, so I decided to do it. All I know is that you must have a certain number of plants, but I don't know how many you need. I also know that certain community projects help you, but I don't know exactly with what. Help me out here, I'm kinda confused.
Also, if anyone can, can you also give the citizen satisfaction speech levels? Thanks.
it's much easier in this game, since it does away with the acres system. you just have to have over a certain amount of flowers and trees, and 10+ public works projects. build more than that if you can though, because for some reason villager's houses are a factor too, and if someone moves out on you while you have a perfect town but only 10 PWPs, it can ruin your perfect town status... which is goofy.
yeah, not entirely sure how many flowers/trees, i feel like i didn't have many trees at all when i achieved perfect town status... and the only reason i had enough flowers was because of the beautiful town ordinance which got my villagers to water them haha. i got perfect town status without actively trying for it, and as long as you're steadily planting trees and flowers, and making public works projects, you'll get it pretty quickly.
I have a question, too, though. What if a new villager moves in destroying trees with his house, and I plant new trees on the same day? I mean, what if the perfect town status is not given for a short time period, but re-achieved before the date changes? Will the 15 days count start all over again? :/
