How does one join CLub Tortimer?

I googled it, and everything said to ask the lady.....which I have been doing for weeks....granted I do not go to the island everyday, only when certain games are scheduled.

Is there some secret as to when she will offer?

I think you buy a membership card with...40 or 50 medals if I recall? I've never done it but I've seen it for sale on the island shop. It's random I think.

50 Medals. You have to wait until it's stocked in the store.

Check in your island store it will look like letter paper in the store and cost 50 medals.

When visiting the island it'll be the table with 3 items displayed.
I'll look like paper, that's the club membership, I'll cost 50 medals I believe and take affect the next day
