How do you get your thread title in bold text? (solved tysm!)

I've noticed that some thread titles have bold text, Is there some way to make the title in bold letters?
Or are there requirements in having thread titles in bold letters. thanks

If so, I believe it just means you haven’t clicked on the thread, or there are posts you haven’t seen.
