How do you get your sigs to change?

Like ZELDAFREAK's and Ultrabyte's, theirs keep changing whenever you refresh the page. How do you do that?

I don't like it... I think that avatars and sigs are primarily used to identify and give a personality to a poster without the reader having to glance at the name...
