How do you get the Golden Watering Can and Golden Ax?

I really want to get those tools, but I have no idea how D :
I don't want to buy them from someone, I want to earn them

Golden can: Perfect town status 15 days in a row.
Golden axe: Purchase 50 saplings.

I got the golden watering can by having perfect town status for 15 days. You have to have at least 110 trees and over 75 flowers in your town along with less than 10 weeds and no more than 10 items on the ground.

The above poster got it right about the golden axe. They only sell 1 sapling a day though so it takes 50 days to get it.
