How do you get Katie in your town?

Ok, so about a month or two back I got Kaitlin in my town. My friend brought Katie, he got a music box, yadayadayada, but then one week later I get Katie but the town that Kaitlin is in is someone that I only added for a trade, that I deleted.

So I ignored her, eventually she just left, but now I haven't had Katie for a while. How do you get her in your town?

Same thing as last time. Go Wi-Fi with someone and hope you get lucky.

just wifi...eventually she'll come. There isnt a particular thing you do to get her, but i believe the more friends you have the more often you'll get her. I have her almost every week :O
