How do you even get Gracie Grace? Some one explain this to me.

When Timmy and Tommy's store gets rebuild after T.I.Y, Gracie Gracie will be on the third floor. First floor will be Tommy with the tools and the paper; Timmy will be on the second floor with the furniture, and Gracie will be on the third floor with expensive furniture.

to be more clear on that, after you have t.i.y., you have to spend 50,000 bells (i think) and then gracie starts showing up at your plaza. she asks you to do fashion checks, and if you wear the right clothes, she gives you a piece of her furniture.

after 4 fashion checks (if you passed them all), she decided to come to your town, and then t&t emporium is built and gracie's on the top floor.
