How do you do the click tab in a post/signature?

I see some people have like a tab to "conceal" a picture, and if you click on it, it shows the picture?? I'm just wondering if someone could help explain how to do that haha

And remember you can just leave it as

Spoiler

in the beginning if you just want it to say spoiler and not have a title!
