How do we make an animal crossing group?

Every group i attempt to join, im denied. So ya know what? I want to make my own group, and commoners of OakRidge Animals will be able to join--which is anybody who's joined my town parties more then three times.

....unless you all can think of a better name.... i made that one up on the fly.

Um, I pmed Storm a whilke back, and he said that there might not be anymore ac groups unless the bells are instituted again.
