How do I use somebody else's design on a faceboard or square standee???

I don't understand why people share qr codes with others.

I find it impossible to place somebody else's design on a faceboard or the regular square board.

I know how to place my own design on a faceboard or square standee, but not somebody else's design.

There must be some sort of app I don't know about, or some trick.

Can somebody share with me how they use other peoples' designs for both the faceboard and sqare standee?

You have ti unlock the sewing machine from Sable. It reads qr codes. So talk to her everyday c:

I have unlocked the qr machine, I know how to read qr codes, i have paths that other people have created all over my town.

But I just cant get other peoples' designs as my own.

And as far as that thulinma link, unless I'm using it wrong, all it does is give me the design i already have. it doesn't make the design 'mine' to use for a faceboard or square standee.
