How do i get Felyne?

Ok, so first you want to make sure you have the ds upstairs (If not get it by doing the handbook) then, you have to go there, connect to the internet, and get Felyne. Good luck!

You need to have completed the Handbook after which your DS upstairs will become available. You can get him from your home Wi-Fi.

It looks like a new villager will be replacing Felyne on the 1st, but I have no idea what time zone that will be -- so do your best to grab him today or tomorrow!
