How do I fix this? Campus DLC no longer coming through

I play the Japanese game - can't read/write the language.

Up until now, the Campus DLC has come through the mail to all four of my players.

I noticed while watching Lin & Ko's latest video yesterday that there was a new item that I haven't received.

I am assuming I must have turned something off in error. Can anyone point me in the right direction to turn it back on?

The promotion has ended, you can't get the items anymore. :c

To turn on spotpass, go into your settings, then internet settings, and spotpass to see if you have it enabled.

It's settings, blue globe button, first grey button under the large blue button, first grey button, and the first option should be highlighted in yellow for spotpass to be enabled.

I wonder when I might have turned that off.

I'll have to try and find the missing item now. Looked like a series of coloured pencils all stuck together - a screen maybe?

Yes, it's a screen. I should have an extra one I can give to you.
