How do I change my title color without paying for it again?

Will I able to change my user title color without paying for it again because if so how do I change it?
I'm starting to hate the dark blue I have right now because it's been a none favorite color for awhile.

Unfortunately, that's not possible because it's a single-use item. The only way to change your current user title color is to pay for a new item to do so.
