How do you all have so many bells?

I've seen offers to buy things for like 15 million and I don't understand where everyone gets the money.

Any top tips on getting lots of money easily?

Lots of people spend their days beetle farming, which is going to the island and catching the rare beetles and selling a load of them at Retail for a 300K draw.
You can also sell them to lazy campers because they play a game where they'll buy a beetle for about 30K. I won't go into detail about it, but it's really simple and easily searched.
Then there's also selling popular villagers if they obtain one, turnip selling, and selling hybrids and DLC and rare items and stuff.

Beetle farming is the most widely used method, though.

I consider duping cheating so mainly Turnips. Buy over 100 of them from Joan and sell them at places over 550.

For me it's perfect fruit! Well, I don't have as much in the bank as many do because I tend to be spending it on expansions all the time. But a haul of my perfect fruit taken to a different town with the Bell Boom Ordinance can earn me well over a million bells each time.

Sometimes I daydream about investing all my savings into turnips, and finding someone somewhere out there with a huge turnip price I've never done this before, but I bet it makes tons of money for relatively little effort compared to hours of beetle hunting.

lol that's me! The most I've ever owned at one time was hardly 400k and here everyone is all "Oh, I have a couple million bells to throw out ". Like...where do you get them? :C

My plan is to get a few mil after beetle hunting, then spend some of it on turnips, sell turnips for high price, rinse and repeat.

The most i've earned in this town is 100k, but in my previous town 17mil.

only way i've earned over a million is by selling villagers

i've tried beetle farming previously but it annoys me so i don't bother with anything like that. plus i tt at awkward times so i don't bother with turnips
