How common is the Bass island?

I've been using up my nook miles for tickets for a bit of time today, and I was wondering how rare the Bass (or big fish) island is compared to the hybrid flower island or the money rock island, since I've gotten the money rock island multiple times now and the hybrid flower island once.
How rare is it?

Heyhey this datamine has all the information regarding island percentages. Looks like it's about as rare as hybrid island and 2-3% rarer than money rock island ^^

The wiki has a list of all the different islands and their encounter rates. The money rock island is about 5% while they hybrid flower island is about 2% and the big fish island is also 2%. The chances could also vary depending on which islands are actually available since certain special islands like the tarantula island and finned fish island will only appear during months/times of day when the critter they focus on is active.
