How bright do you keep your room when you sleep?

Was playing acnl and punchy asked me this question so i thought id ask the forum too. How bright is your room when you sleep?

Pitch black. I can't sleep in the light unless I'm drunk or absolutely exhausted.
Even with the latter, it's usually terrible sleep.

I'm scared of the dark so my mom keeps the light on for me

Pitch black; I was awake at like 5am last night and couldn't sleep because of the sunlight coming through my curtains. Even if there is a crack of light it bothers me

Pitch black. I prefer not to sleep with any lights or the tv on because it's a waste of energy.

dimly lit. becuase ive always slept with night lights on when i was a kid and sleeping without any light just feels weird and its bothers me.
