Are you loving autumn? Do you love it not just in the game but in real life as well?
I live where there are no seasons and I've only experienced autumn twice in my life when I travelled. So lately, I've been unreasonably happy every day when I open up New Horizons to see all the beautiful autumn colours on my island. I look forward to dressing warmly in the game, looking for mushrooms and taking foliage shots every day. If autumn never ends, I'd be totally fine with that!
I agree it's very beautiful. With the autumn leaves falling everywhere you go it captures the romantic feeling of autumn perfectly. Nice pictures too ^^ that last one cracks me up for some reason lol.
I like autumn because it’s beautiful. Though it’s not my favorite season, I can appreciate it (I just wish where I lived had more of an actual autumn ).
Here’s some pictures I took just of the southwestern portion of my island where my fruit jungle is. I think the different colors on the trees combined with the different colored fruits looks really spectacular.
It's very pretty! To be honest, I kinda wish we could, like... lock certain areas of our island in specific times frames. 'cuz, like, I have a Zen Garden area that looked best with the sakura blossoms, for obvious reasons, but my orchard area looks best right now with the Autumn leaves so I would love to keep it that way. And, when I start working on a Christmas/Winter area, I imagine that it'll probably lose its charm once the winter season goes away :')
Autumn is one of my favorite seasons!! Its so pretty in animal crossing, especially when it's at sunset. I live in Los Angeles and we don't get the changing leaves thing but I do love this time of year. It's currently sweater weather with warm blankets and hot tea. All day the temperature has been between 54 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
It definitely grew on me.
In the beginning I didn't like the yellowish grass and missed all the green, but as the days progressed and we started getting red trees and stuff it definitely changed my mind! It also helps that the mushroom items are some of the best (if not the best) in the game imo.

Autumn is indistinguishable from other seasons appearance wise, it just starts to get cooler...though its not sweater weather over here yet.
I’m loving autumn so far! All the falling leaves and red trees are so pretty! It seems like it went by too quick though, I wish it could go on for a little longer!
Autumn has always been my favourite time of year and I love how the game changes for the seasons. I would quite happily have had an instant change on the game but I know they want to make it more realistic. This is my first year playing the game and I've enjoyed all the seasons so far.
This has always been my favorite time of year. I live in SE New England, but I'm essentially on a glorified sandbar, so there aren't a lot of trees that turn here, which makes spending time in the game so much more special. The colors are gorgeous, and the decorations are fun.
Fall is my favorite season both in game and IRL, so I’ve been enjoying the fall. My main island is stuck in spring most of the time, so that’s a bit of a bummer...
I absolutely love the fall. It breathed new life into the game for me and inspired me to change a lot about my island's aesthetic. I've been enjoying working on completing different parts of the island and using the mush and bounty items has helped.
I love love love autumn so much! (real world and game world) I love how the trees don’t all change colors at the same time, so it’s nice seeing all the trees gradually change colors at their own pace. Great job on the subtle details Nintendo! The warm tones of autumn definitely gets me feeling some type of way and the weather just feels so perfect; it’s very soothing to my spirit!
i like autumn more in game than irl because u can't feel the temperature in the game. the colors are pretty but ive always been a fan of spring, however i have to say that autumn has a lot more seasonal recipes and things to collect compared to other seasons, so it seems like there's always something to do. id like the grass to be green again, but i dont mind waiting if i can collect mushrooms while doing so.
