House Flag

How do i change my house's flag? Do i need all mortgages paid or can i just be up to 568,000 bells? I currently have a basement and the upstairs upgrades. Will this let me do it? And if it does how?

Go up to the top floor in your house, Then go to the phone, Then click, Change Flag.

You need to pay off every single debt. Once you do that, go upstairs and use the phone. One of the new options will be Change Flag.

Yeah, Finish paying off all mortgage, Then you can change it. xD
