Home Upgrage help please!

I know that for home options like doors and stuff, you can have a foreign town's Nook send them over for you to use (or something like that). Does the same work for the FULL home renovations? I'm looking for the Zen Castle, so if it's possible and someone's Nook's Homes is still open, can I come over and get it? Thanks!

I have the zen castle in my nook's homes, but I'm not sure if it's transferable to your store. I'm assuming it is. You're welcome to come to my town and try. Just PM me if you're interested. My store will be open for a little more than an hour from now.
