Hold my Items - Willing to Tip

I'm currently in the process of preparing to reset my town ( ), and will need a person who is willing to hold my items while I do the process of getting my town set up. It's a fairly full dresser of furniture, money, and some hybrids that I can't bear to lose.

If you have a town that I can use (Even the beach is fine), and about an hour or so to hold them (I'll let you know if it is longer), please let me know so that I can add you and finalize the process. I am willing to tip

I'll definitely hold your items for you! I don't mind. You can use the beach if you'd like. I rarely go there and you can just pick them up when you need them again!
