Trading Hold Lucky for me for 700k?

Uhhh, I'm not too sure this goes here, I just know here is where the villager trading things go. >.<

I really want to restart my town but I don't want to lose him!

If you could hold him for me, it would be amazing (and I'll give you 700k).

I just need you to hold him until I get my other two dreamies out, and restart my town!

Cyclers are preferred but it's ok if you're not!.

And hhhh I'm not really sure, it just really depends on how long it takes for Marshal and Coco to ping me to move. >.<
I've been doing the whole TT one day forward then talk to a villager to see if anyone's moving method and it's a rather slow process. :c

get someone into boxes.
While in boxes, change game clock one year forward, save,
move one year forward again,
save,
move 5 days forward.

This puts another villager instantly in boxes while gaining another villager
