I'm looking for some help with planning and planting my town. I'm sort of at a loss for insporation, I have gone to dream towns and have a general idea of what I want but I don't really have anything concrete and not sure where to start. I have a good start in the north half of my town and around my plaza, but I'd just like a little assistance/opinions on what I should do and maybe help me actually plant stuff and whatnot. I'd mostly like help with the southern half of my town. SO YEAH, if you're free for an hour or two at some point today or tomorrow it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm willing to pay bells or Forum Currency; However I'd like to get the work done before I pay you so we can negotiate a price and whatnot and to make sure I'm actually getting my money's worth out of the work we do. Or if you'd just want to volunteer that would be GREATLY appreciated
We'd be Communicating via SKYPE (just IM, not video or call so no worries) for fluidity and ease.

Other things to consider:
- Please bring your own golden shovel (i'll be supplying the bells for the saplings)
- bring a golden axe if you have one
- DO NOT cut/destroy anything that has alreeady been done in the town prior to your arrival
- I WILL BE CHECKING YOUR WIFI RATING PRIOR-HAND, I'D APPRECIATE AT LEAST 5 100% RATINGS (I'm placing a lot of trust in the person who is coming to my town)
