Hi! I just joined this forum. 
I'm a huge fan of Animal Crossing (especially New Leaf), and I enjoy forums in general, so I decided to join this one. My name is Melanie. I'm 25, female, and I live in Michigan. My first Animal Crossing game was City Folk, which I got for my 17th birthday. I rented it before that, because a friend recommended the series to me after playing GC and WW, and eventually I ended up spending loads of time playing City Folk. I also got GC and WW later, and while I never got super into Wild World, I played GC loads before New Leaf came out. I got NL on its release day and now I have three copies. My most recent is a used copy I decided to get from Game Stop. I also have HHD, some cards, and most recently, a sticker book.
Aside from Animal Crossing, I have a lot of other random interests. I'm a huge Pok?mon fan (my favorite is Flareon), I love cute things in general such as Sanrio, I still play Neopets, I love to write, I'm a My Little Pony fan, I like cats a lot, I love to read, I enjoy video games (mainly some random different ones I happen to like, such as classic Spyro and Ratchet & Clank), I listen to music a lot, mostly rock and electronic (my favorite band is Evanescence), and there are plenty of other things that I like too. xD
