HHA Question

Is it possible to get all of the HHA badges just from only having one room in your house?
I really don't want upgrade my house completely but I want the badges. Also, is there a guide that is specific on what to have in your house?

I used the Thonky Guide http://www.thonky.com/animal-crossing-new-leaf/happy-home-academy/

I had a larger house and devoted 2 rooms to my theme and stuffed them with themed items. I'm guessing you'll need more than one room, but not all the rooms. The guide will help you add up the points, but remember you are only allowed to place 48 items in the room
