HH Showcase Advice?

I wanted to see if anyone has advice on getting model homes into their showcase now that this game is older. Streetpass is a no-go since hardly anyone plays. Ideas? I actually live in a city, so I have access to people en mass, but don't really know where to start.

I don't think there is a way to make it happen unless they're carrying their DSes around with them and they've got the save data on there. No work around.

Unfortunately not many people are playing New Leaf anymore or are streetpassing these days. If they were, I would be trying to get more on mine as well, but sadly, they just aren't.

If there's someone you know who plays the game, you can play multiplayer with them and I'm pretty sure you'll get their house at the HH Showcase, this is how I got a house there.

Streetpass is really the only way to get homes in your showcase. If you have multiple towns and DS's, you can streetpass yourself to get houses in there. Or if you know someone else who plays, you can do the same thing. But those are the only ways I know.

There used to be a streetpass relay point set up an specific businesses like McDonalds and Starbucks. I don't think those are set up anymore though.
