With these I am not sure of the values so am looking for someone to give me the price they would be happy with
All prices are open to negotiation and I'm always looking to make sure both parties come away happy

Bathhouse wall + floor = people go mad over it since it's very rare defo over 100k but less than 500k each it really depends if you're getting it individually or from a SHOP here

By Ranch do you mean the set? I've actually got the fireplace through HHS but I'd still be willing to pay the 100,000 for the ranch set (well, the items listed =)).
