No, not Bells in the AC:NL game. On this board you get Bells you could use to upgrade your PM box or avatar. The amount you have is below your post count. You can transfer them by a tab on the top of the page named "Currency".

Okay, you see at the very top of the page below the Bell Tree Forum logo there are links for Forum Home, New Posts, and such? At the end there is a "Currency" link. Click on that and your Bells should pop up. Click on it again and a transfer window will pop up. On the transfer change it to my name "PN1533" and input how many bells you want to give. And then click submit and that's it!
