Do you think you can use a QR machine from another town to share yours? I don't know if it is possible, but if you have the answer or just want to try you are welcome in my town!
(otherwise I think you have to talk to the able sister girl on the top left like 10-15 times, once a day, to unlock it! so it just take one or two week )
