Help?

I have one of my dreamies moving out from my Town B. I want to get them in my Town A, but I currently have no wifi at my home and won't until Monday.
Will I be able to use the local visiting since the 3DS are in range with each other? Or no?

Yeah. That shouldn't be a problem at all. As long as you have two systems then you should be able to use local.
