Get the URL for the gif
then hit the little picture of the tree
then click "from url"
paste the url into that text box
uncheck the box that says "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"
and then BOOM it should have a code that looks like

Then I always click either go advance or preview just to make sure the gif isn't too large and that the url for the gif worked!
