Could you describe your problem in better grammar? I have no idea what you're trying to say.
I haven't ever wanted to change my user title colour, though, so I don't really know. Perhaps it has something to do with you having purchased two user title changes? I don't think the time matters very much.

Yes, there was a huge database error, it went away though ;D
