I'm planning to make Freya move out but I can't TT or Felicity will move.
Can somebody take Felicity to their town and TT to make her move?

Only you can invite camped villagers to your town, a visitor wouldn't be able to do so. =/

Sadly, i don't think visitors can adopt campsite villagers. You can only adopt campers in your own town, which i think should totally be changed in the next game. Im sure you could sell freya for a decent amount of TBT and buy felicity!
