Pokémon Help?

So I've dug around the ol' Seribii archives on the info needed for endgame legendaries and stuff, but I also spotted Mewtwo is not obtainable (Yet I found that they stuck a Mewtwonite Y outside the League building. GG). So is there ANY way to transfer pok?mon from Black 2 / White 2 (or previous) up to ORAS? Or do I have to go trudging my ass for a copy of X/Y in order to do this? As it kinda sucks a lot of the Pok?mon I need or want are missing (Darkrai / Rotom). I mean from my Black + White 2 I can EASILY get every Pok?mon uploaded onto ORAS (as, thanks to years of trading on Pearl + Platinum, then years more of messing with events on Black / White 1+2 I have my dex filled)

Yeah but you'll need to get Pok?mon Bank (it costs money for like a year subscription, I forget how much, a few bucks) and download Pok? Transporter. I was gonna type out how to do it but I found a thonky guide that probably words it better than I would

yeah it's pretty lame. I let mine expire with Pok?mon still in it but i didn't know there was a grace period where they could still be withdrawn so they've probs been deleted by now, my poor Zoruas. lol

In ORAS you can't legitimately catch Mewtwo without trading.
