How do you set an entry fee to your town? If you just have someone drop off their bells when they are there, can't they lie and just come in for free? I'm REALLY confused please help!

Well, if they come in as they want, you can simply remove them from your list and I'm pretty sure they'll be disconnected from the game.

There isn't a system where you can actually set up an entrance fee.

Remove them from your list. It should disconnect them.
