I know this is probably in the wrong place but iv had no help on the other board

I have tipper in my campsite and she keeps talking about moving to a new town but no matter how many times i talk to her she never suggests moving. I have spoke to her with all 3 of my characters

generally you need to play a game with them, and win the game and they will agree to move, ame sure you have 9 or less villagers, as you cant have more than 10 villagers!

ah yea hamphrey was meant to be moving today but he changed his mind yesterday, i completely forgot :'(
