Use Paint if you don't have a program like The Gimp or Photoshop.

Right click on the picture, and click copy. In Paint, press Ctrl+V to paste it in.

Go to www.imageshack.us

Browse for your sig with the Browse button.

Press Upload (or whatever).

Then, copy the DIRECT URL (the last url box they show you).

Go to your Sig, and click the IMG button.

Paste the URL into the box.

That's it.
