help with the size of a PWP / town planning

I know the bus stop is 4x2. The spot where I'd want it is 6 spaces wide. Is it enough or do I need more space either side?

Also note that some of the PWPs need to have certain number of clear spaces in front of them.

i.e. If you build a police station, the size of the station is 3x3, the buffer zone on the side and the back is 1, but it needs to have 5 clear spaces in front of the police station

PWPs like the streetlights, standees, which are 1x1 in dimension, need to have 2 clear spaces in front of it; flower beds, which are 2x2 in dimension, need to have 3 clear spaces in front of it
