Which size would you want it to be? I can adjust that if you like, but you can do it yourself easily ^^ Paint can resize your image, as well online image editors (I don't use any of them so I don't know what's best, but there are tumblr resource posts with links to decent ones for resizing pictures). If you made this picture then you probably have some sort of image editing software, you could use that as well.
You can also take advantage of flickr's own features. If you go to the page where you can see all sizes (right click your picture > see all sizes, this may be different for a picture you've uploaded yourself). Then it has a bunch of size options you can choose. Right click over your image and get the URL, then post it on your signature. Let me know if you need help with that bit.
