Help with designing my town.

So here is my town of Amani, I'd like to start working on it while I move in dreamies and such. I want to have a cute park in the squared off area where my icon is (currently Diana's house is plotted there but she'll have to move.). In the center of the park is the fountain but other than that and some bushes and flowers, I don't really know what to put there.

Next to ReTail I have the garbage can, but I could also put that in the park. If I put the garbage can in the park, then I have space to put my campsite by ReTail. The other blue areas are where I could place the campsite as well. The yellow building is the police station, red are paths and the green are bridges. Although, I'm really at a total loss what to do. I don't know where to move villagers and I've already blocked off one spot they keep moving into where I want to put the light house. I'm REALLY unsure where to put the Cafe as well. I'd like to have a space blocked off right away for that.

Any suggestions on where I should put things?

I like the top spot you have for the campsite. I never thought about it when I built the campsite, but I put mine right behind my house, which was pretty good because you can only see it if you go behind the house. (I don't think the campsite looks that good.) Anyways, if you wanted to put in another house on the other side of the river in front of the campsite, you could do that, or you could maybe put the cafe there. If you were to put in a building where the middle campsite is, I think you should make a vertical bridge that is directly south of it. (I don't know about you, but I like things to be lined up.) For the park, I really like the area where that is. I am in the process of creating a park too, and now I have the water fountain, tire toy, and jungle gym PWPs in that area, and I am planning to put either a qr code sandbox or a bench in the other space. I hope this helps!

I plan to have the park marked off with bushes, trees and flowers, and a fountain in the middle. I'd like benches and some other PWPs inside of it.

I agree with Eco about the location of your campsite.
Here are my suggestions for bridges:
1st bridge right below your campsite
2nd bridge right below your first bridge
3rd bridge looks good at where you drew the green line right above the beach entrance
Here are my suggestions for your park:
I like the boxed off area you have planned for it. I think bushes and flowers would look nice. However one of your character's house south of your park should be a lighthouse. Or you can keep your house there and build the lighthouse at the most southeast part on your map.
Finally here are my suggestions for PWPs and villager houses:
If it's possible you should place most of your PWPs and houses south of the campsite or east of retail+ town hall.

If you have a map of your town w/o your blueprints on it. I can try to draw out what I envisioned for your town. I have plenty of time to work on it tonight.

The second house that is placed is where I want to put a light house, but villagers kept trying to move there so I put a house there to stop them.

Also here's a clean picture of my map c: I'll be putting the campsite on the top, so I need to figure out the Cafe and the police station and then I'll be good with most of my villager plotting.
