Help with a villager trading problem

So, I have a problem and lots of doubts, if someone can help.
I traded 2 villagers at the same day (town with a damn lot of space and only 8 villagers), but only one of them moved in my town. Since both of them confirmed to go, is it still possible for the second villager to come, after the first one is done moving in?
How many days for that to take effect?

Wait, you meant you asked two villagers to move into your town on the same day? If so, only the villager you last asked to move in will move into your town.

Unfortunately,the game can process only one move-in at a time.You have to wait for your first villager's plot to appear in your town before you can ask another to move in.
