Help with a "normal" villager moving

Okay, so I've been TTing to get Chevre out of my town. She has indicated that she wanted to move twice now.

The first time: I said "good luck!", she was all fine with it but said she had to think about it still. I TTed to her moving date and she didn't go.
The second time: told her it was fine to go, she said she had to think about it again but that she was happy I understood. This time I TTed day by day JUST in case I got another ping from her. She ignored me and/or had nothing special to say each day. Moving day arrived and she didn't leave.

tl;dr how the heck can I make her go?? I'm starting to get extremely frustrated. When I wanted Daisy to move out, it worked just fine so I'm at a loss as to what's going on.

If you talk to them at all if they're thinking about moving, they may possibly reconsider it. If they ever come up to you, or another villager tells you that they're thinking about moving, avoid them like the plague.

Don't ever speak to them and if you do accidentally or they tell you they're moving. Reset. If you reset, they'll forget that they have spoken to you, but not how they're moving. It seems that they decide to move at the beginning of a new day at 6 a.m. and can only change their minds about moving if you speak to them.

Right after I made this thread I figured I should just ignore her and TT five days in advance straightaway, I'm glad to see it confirmed! Man I just want her to leave already, I've been at this for hours

its because you haven't gotten to know her yet, they usually leave easily once you befriend them

If they change their mind when moving, reset the game and try again... then they may do the other option.. just keep resetting until they want to go, then dont speak to them

My method is this: if a villager runs up to you that you want to move out, instantly save and continue before talking to them. If they talk about moving and you convince them to stay by accident just turn off the game and avoid them.
