Help running a raffle

I think the best way would be using an online wheel or random name selector. Or you could pick names out of a hat or something.
I would probably pay 1 tbt for a entry if its a decent prize.

I was thinking it would have to be complicated but names out of a hat sounds the way to go 
When I used to host weekly raffle giveaways on a different website, I just always used this page:
www.random.org
You just enter each person's username on an individual line, then hit Randomize. #1 was the winner. It always worked well for me!
And I would pay 1 TBT to enter a raffle. I seem to recall a raffle recently that had a 3 TBT entry fee and I had no problem paying that haha.
