HELP: Pokemon competitive training!

Could someone help me with competitive battling, explaining iv training, putting together a team etc?:3 Also breeding! I would love to start breeding iv pokes and give them out to the community! :3
I've always wanted to start competitive battling but I never know where to start so if someone could be a darling and explain the stuff needed to have a successful battle?
Also could someone please tell me the type and pokes in my Friend Safari? xD

I suggest getting a 6IV Ditto, giving it a destiny knot then pairing it up with the Pok?mon you want to have 5 possibly 6 IVs.
