Help picking villagers for my new town?

I've started working on my newest town, Anix. It's meant to be an old timey and ranchy, almost Amish in nature. Think of a mix between the Gold Rush era and the countryside. The villagers I've started cycling for are Dobie, Beardo, Goldie, Lionel and Eunice. I also plan on keeping Rolf, bc he's a cutie. Who else do you think would fit well into this town?

Hm, how about Buck, Annalise, Pippy, Blaire or Molly?

Patty the cow would fit the color scheme and era well, and you don't have a Peppy yet. Or Tipper, if you'd prefer a Snooty. I agree that Elmer, Gaston, Goose, and Buck would all suit your town quite nicely, too.
